1. Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. 2. Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of receiving the order. Conditions: 1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and the box and all accessories must be intact and undamaged. 2. The customer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping cost is EGP 100 within Cairo and Giza, and EGP 120 for other governorates. The store will cover shipping costs only if the product has a defect. Please note: Glue marks and stitching are not considered defects, as all products are imported from outside of Egypt.
